Welcome to Winstars Hotel Norway. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, bookings, and stay at our hotel. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Reservations and Payments

All reservations are subject to availability. To confirm a booking, a valid credit card is required. Rates are quoted in NOK and include applicable taxes. Full payment is due upon check-out unless otherwise agreed.

• Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and fees
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by rate. Standard rates allow free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates are charged in full at booking and are not eligible for changes or refunds.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused during their stay. The hotel is not liable for lost or stolen items. Guests must comply with all hotel policies and Norwegian laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Winstars Hotel Norway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your stay or use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Norway.
